Tyger Valley Centre will present wines from all over South Africa at the third Taste of Tyger Valley wine festival, which takes place on Friday, September 27, from 5pm to 9pm; and Saturday, September 28, from 2pm to 6pm, in the Arena, which is easily accessible from the underground parking Entrance 3.
The popular pairing counter, featuring some of the wines paired with Mantagu nuts, will be available, which should make for a nice break from the tastings for visitors.
Sample a variety of delicious wines from some of the participating producers, including Avondale Estate, De Grendel Estate, Perdeberg Wines, Du Toitskloof Cellar, Peter Bayly Wines, Hazendal Winery, Imbuku Wines, Blomendahl Estate and many more.
“We support responsible drinking and would recommend the use of public transport, or uber, to and from the event,” says Communications and Events Manager Ashleigh Fontini.
* Tickets are available at R100 from www.computicket.com, or at the door. This includes a branded tasting glass and most of the tastings, but some of the rare products or cocktails might carry a small additional fee. It is therefore a good idea to have some cash on hand.
