Tsogo Sun’s Suncoast Towers hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Manoj Rama as Head Chef. In his new role he will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s dining venue, room service, catering and culinary events, as well as further enhancing the hotels celebrated culinary offerings.

Having served in various hospitality food and beverage positions in the Tsogo Sun group, Rama is a seasoned culinary professional with over 11 years of experience. Rama who graduated Cum Laude during his studies, is living testimony to the strength of the combination of experience and solid knowledge of the culinary industry. Manoj has grown tremendously during his time at Tsogo Sun, with a passion for leading and grooming upcoming chefs.
