Superhero Fun Run/Walk 2017

Benguela Cove presents the 2017 Superhero Fun Run/Walk in Aid of Child Protection Week, where participants of all ages and abilities are encouraged to take part in either the 5km or 14km course choose between a 5km or 14 km. After the run, there are other “super-fun” activities to experience, as well as lots to eat and drink.

Night Nation Run

Participants are taken on a vibrant 5 km tour of Cape Town’s streets, with live music, multiple stages, lights and laser shows. Suitable for all levels of fitness, those who partake are invited to run, walk, skip, or dance their way along the route to the accompanying sounds of high-energy electronic dance music.
