Say farewell to 2016 and welcome 2017 at the premier NYE trance shindig

If you’re a festi-head who loves a good weekend farm jol then this New Year’s Eve stomp will be right up your alley. The mother of all New Year’s Eve parties, Rezonance NYE Festival, is back for four days of epicness from Friday, December 30 to Monday, January 2 2017 at Pat Busch Mountain Reserve in Robertson.

As always, this NYE festival lures the hottest local and international psytrance, progressive, techno, dub and electronica overlords, and revellers can expect to embark on a spiritual journey through light and sound.

Four stages and an idyllic dam set the scene for the debauchery that is sure to go down. A variety of food and drink vendors will be based on farm for those who can’t be bothered to bring their own booze and grub.

There are 150 musicians on the line-up for the 2016/2017 Rezonance New Year’s Eve Festival, with six international acts also taking the stage. The line-up has not yet been totally released, but so far they have one local act and three of their six internationals; Dickster,  Arjuna,  Daydin and Broken Toy.
Tickets for the festival have been released and are available online at or from selected outlets and cost between R590p/p and R680p/p. Please note that the early bird tickets are sold out. The price of tickets at the gate will drop on Sunday, January 1 2017 (and the updated price will be announced closer to the time).

You can also experience the festival from the comfort of a camper van or mobile home. Please note that Rezonance is accessible to disabled festivalgoers and facilities will be available and guide dogs are allowed on the festival ground.
