Boschendal wine estate, situated in the heart of the Stellenbosch winelands, will be hosting a Pasta Making Workshop on Saturday and Sunday, September 3 and 4, where visitors will be able to learn to cook like a real Italian mama.
Under the guidance of Executive Chef, Christiaan Campbell and his team, attendees will be able to fine tune their skills by making plain, shaped and filled pastas from scratch using recipes with the emphasis on freshness and high quality ingredients. Aside from learning more about the technical aspects of pasta preparation the workshop will also cover preparing wonderful pasta fillings and sauces.
The weekend will include a night in Boschendal’s luxury Werf Cottages, Saturday afternoon workshop and a two course dinner at the Werf Restaurant, breakfast in the Farm Shop & Deli, Sunday workshop and light lunch with award winning Boschendal wines.
Campbell and his team produce fresh pasta daily for the various restaurants at Boschendal and look forward to sharing their skills with other like-minded foodies.
Check-in at the Manor House is at 2pm.
Cost is R1850 per person sharing/R2050 per person single. (Includes Accommodation in the luxury Werf Cottages, DBB, Lunch and two pasta making workshops)
