The Wedding Expo

South Africa’s premier bridal event hosts exhibitors of everything from stationery to wedding gowns, jewellery, table décor and honeymoons. This year’s attractions – including a Fashion Theatre and a ‘Make Me a Bride’ makeover – showcase the hottest trends in wedding and other event decor. The Wedding Expo also offers the opportunity to interact with some of South Africa’s top wedding planners and photographers.

Zip Zap Circus

Zip Zap Circus School and classic indie pop band, Al Bairre, are set to perform together for two nights at the Zip Zap Dome in Cape Town. Zip Zap’s timed choreography of circus acts complement the well-known orchestral sounds of this local band.

Mushroom Forage

Delheim opens their private forest to avid foragers at Mushroom Forage, its annual wild mushroom hunts. Nora Sperling-Thiel and Gary Goldman lead the excursions, providing important guidelines and pointers to follow on the hunt. The hunt is followed by a three-course lunch at the estate’s restaurant.

Snow World

A snow park and entertainment venue that offers unique combinations of snow and ice activities for all ages. Activities include the snow box, ice slides, snow play area, ice bar and lounge, animals of the ice age exhibit, raised viewing deck, Alpine hospitality village and the kids party zone.

Make Your Own Sushi

Add a little flair to your dining experience at African Pride Crystal Towers Hotel & Spa. Once a month on a Saturday sushimaking classes are available to the public. This class is available for individuals as well as groups of 6 and 12, if you would prefer a private experience with your friends.
