For early birds, the breakfast menu offers a mouth-watering selection, including the vineyard breakfast of pan-fried cocktail tomatoes, button mushrooms, bacon, mini rosti, chipolatas and scrambled egg. For the health conscious, the breakfast tapas is the ideal combination of Bulgarian yoghurt, mixed berry compote and homemade granola, fruit skewers with gypsy ham, paté and biltong butter. Other breakfast favourites include wild mushroom frittata, bacon and camembert omelettes, eggs Benedict and French toast.
If lunch is on the cards, your meal will definitely be off to a good start with oysters in Maldon sea salt and lemon, Thai-marinated or Bloody Mary for the more adventurous.
A bevy of main course choices are available from Portuguese chicken club sandwich, honey-glazed pork belly, parmesan and herb encrusted Norwegian salmon, a bubbly beef burger or char-grilled sirloin steak to a vegetarian option of seasonal vegetable wraps. There are also three braai menu options that are ideal for meat lovers.
