Table Bay celebrates 18th birthday with special offers
It has been 18 years since the iconic former South African president, the late Nelson Mandela, officially opened Sun International’s The Table Bay hotel in 1997. The hotel has continued to set its own standards in service and luxury, consistently stacking-up awards every year, with none of the awkwardness associated with the teenage years.
Over the past two years, The Table Bay has undergone substantial, phased refurbishments to ensure that the hotel continues to be ranked amongst the finest in the world. Rated one of the Leading Hotels of the World, The Table Bay features a holistic suite of services and facilities designed to deliver the quintessential South African experience.
“We are proud to be celebrating our 18th birthday this year. Product and services innovation will continue to be emphasized as The Table Bay approaches young adulthood to ensure that we remain relevant to our customers, and to ensure that we can continue contributing to the local economy as an active member of the tourism community,” says the hotel’s General Manager, Sherwin Banda.
To celebrate its 18th anniversary, The Table Bay will be offering special 18th birthday rates, which will be valid until the end of July. Mountain facing rooms are priced at R2160 (single) or R1210 per person sharing, including breakfast. Sea facing rooms per night are priced at R1940 (single) or R1100 per person sharing, including breakfast.
* People booking accommodation at the hotel from now until the end of July must quote “18th birthday winter offer” when booking on 021 406 5000, or firstname.lastname@example.org, to qualify for the special rates.
