New chef Edmore Ruzoza and his team have conjured up a delectable menu for Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 10. Feast on deep fried camembert with cranberry and fig chutney for starters, followed by oven-baked yellow tail, roasted fennel, cauliflower and pecan nut mash or biltong encrusted fillet if you’re a meat lover. Indulge your sweet tooth with frosted Nederburg Noble Late Harvest, served with white chocolate and caramel fondant.
Join Natasha Boks, who makes Nederburg’s white wines, and her mom, Mary, to celebrate.
There will be a wide selection of Nederburg wines, offered by the glass and by the bottle. Boks will be close by to tell you more about the wines, and make suitable pairing suggestions.

With a selection of country cuisine prepared by Chef Renshaw Adams, a glamorous day at South Africa’s leading home of sparkling wine with its stylish interior awaits.
Enjoy mini salmon and leek tartlets with red onion marmalade on arrival followed by a choice of savoury butternut, spinach and feta spring rolls or five spice roast duck salad for starters.
Mains will cater for both meat and fish lovers, with juicy char grilled sirloin steak or pan fried line fish to choose from. To end the lunch, your mom will feel utterly spoilt with a choice of dulche de leche cheesecake or hazelnut chocolate mousse mille-feuillle for dessert.

Executive Chef Benito has created an exclusive and elegant gourmet four course set menu for these maternal heroes, and of course there will also be a little extra gift for mom to take home.
What moms can look forward to on this special occasion:
To get the taste buds warmed up, the Pre Starter will include: Assorted Homemade Breads, Chicken Liver Pate and Sundried Pesto.
Starter options will consist of Wild Mushroom Risotto; or Beetroot and Goats Cheese Salad with toasted Bruschetta; or Homemade Salmon and Cream Cheese Spring Rolls served on a Bed of Avo Salad.
The Main Dishes will be Beef Medallions with Carrot Puree, Roast Onion, Potato Fondant Rocket Tomato Salad; or Chicken Ballantine Basil Mash Potato With Green Vegetables Topped With Matured Cheddar; or Potato Gnocchi filled with Mediterranean Veg served with Sweet Corn and Garlic Sauce.
