SA’s premier rockers Prime Circle are getting ready for their date with the Grand Arena at GrandWest Casino on Saturday, August 9, at 8pm.
The two-hour long show will showcase the band at their best, inspired by their recent European tour of Belgium, Spain and France. “Each concert is going to be an event, rather than just a show,” explains frontman Ross Learmonth. “This is our first stand-alone arena tour, and our biggest tour of South Africa. Audiences can expect an explosion of feeling and visuals – it’s going to be totally over the top, and we’re all super-amped about it.”
Local fans will be among the first to see Prime Circle performing hot-off-the-presses tracks from their stylistically adventurous new album, ‘Let the Night In’ – including the first radio single, ‘Gone’. They will also be playing all the hits that South Africans know so well, which have helped elevate Prime Circle to the position of the country’s premier rock act in the 13 years since their inception.
Three lucky readers can win special ‘Let The Night In’ hampers. Each hamper contains two tickets to the show on Saturday, August 9, as well as one copy of Primer Circle’s new album. To win, send your name and “Prime Circle” in the subject line in an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before 10am on Friday, August 8.
Tickets and prizes can be collected at the venue on the night – between 5pm and 7.30pm at the registration table at Computicket.
There will also be a meet and greet after the show where the winners can get their CD’s signed.
