Prince Albert Olive Festival
The weekend-long fiesta is designed to attract visitors to this charming Western Cape community in order to create temporary jobs and bring in some extra cash to the tiny town. And with award-winning cheeses, plump olives, fine figs and gorgeous reds and whites on offer, it’s going to be all too easy to lighten those wallets.

Free Yoga Classes
Held in the contemporary centre’s beautiful alfresco quad, the mahala classes are run in conjunction with YogaLife, a highly respected studio that’s also based in the pretty cobblestoned district. Thus, participants can expect to receive quality instruction from only top teachers that are well versed in the arts of stretching, breathing, posing and meditating.

The Spier Secret Courtyard
When the organisers of the popular Spier Secret Festival discovered an empty courtyard in the heart of Cape Town, they jumped at the chance to transform this space – at least temporarily – into a spot where people can relax, drink wine and embrace the creative energy of the World Design Capital.
