The new look Good Food & Wine Show runs at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from Thursday until Sunday and is bang on with the latest in food and cooking trends.
Among the highlights of the show are the various theatres which are bigger and better than ever before and which reflect what is happening on the international culinary stage.
One of the Good Food & Wine Show’s most popular theatres, the Checkers Celebrity Chefs Theatre, is where international and local chefs will be whipping up their signature recipes and demonstrating their recipes using Checkers ingredients. It’s fun and entertaining for the whole family.
There are both VIP and regular entrance tickets to see visiting celebrity chefs Gordon Ramsay, Bill Granger, cake maker extraordinaire Eric Lanlard as well as the two youngsters who took the culinary world by storm, Isabella and Sofia Bliss of ‘Junior Masterchef Australia’ fame.

A host of local chefs – many accompanied by their own children – will also be demonstrating. Children will also get to pick their own vegetables from a special vegetable garden built especially for the show.
Baking is gaining worldwide popularity and the Brilliant Baking Theatre is devoted to all things sweet, baked and tempting.
