Cape Town will host two of the world’s biggest music acts on consecutive days in the new week. Rock royalty Bon Jovi will perform at Cape Town Stadium on Wednesday May 7, while the world’s biggest pop star Justin Bieber will serenade his legion of fans the following day on May 8 at the same venue.

Bon Jovi’s return to the road in 2013 will cap an incredible run which has secured the group status as the essential live rock band – having performed more than 2700 concerts in over 50 countries for more than 35 million fans, and earning the #1 grossing worldwide tour twice in just three years.

With one of the greatest catalogues of songs in the history of rock n’ roll, Bon Jovi has sold more than 125 million albums and racked up a stellar resume of career accomplishments.
With worldwide album sales in excess of 15 million units, Bieber has dominated pop culture and social media for more than three years. He has more than 44 million Facebook fans, more than 23 million Twitter followers, and more than three billion YouTube views, making him the most popular YouTube artist of all time. Now Capetonian fans will get to see him live for the first time.
