Perfect Paella launches authentic range of pots and pans

Perfect Paella… a fitting name for the Cape Town based company that is bringing authentic paella pans to South Africa, therefore allowing locals to create “the perfect paella” in the comfort of their own homes. Perfect Paella is owned by Jose and Lisa Gomez and they are ready to introduce their authentic Spanish range of pots and pans to the South African market. Not only will South Africans be able to buy authentic paella pans, available in three different materials, but they will also have the chance to own an extensive range of various cooking utensils, all shipped directly from Valencia, Spain.
Perfect Paella not only provides you with the tools to cook the “Perfect Paella”, but they are also making it their mission to teach South Africans the fine art of cooking in the traditional Spanish way.

They host bi-monthly cooking demonstrations, which include a Flamenco show by Solo Flamenco, or a spot of mystical magic by Russel Fox. Their Spanish born chef not only shares all his tips and techniques, but attendees also have the opportunity to taste fabulous dishes from all over Spain, all while having fun learning a little Spanish here and there.
Perfect Paella came into being as Jose and Lisa were set to get married in February 2013. They imported 50 paella pans as wedding gifts for their guests.

Tragically Lisa’s mother became terminally ill with cancer so they moved their wedding forward to get married at the Vincent Palotti Hospital chapel, thereby ensuring Lisa’s mother could witness their vows and celebrate with the couple.
Sadly, two weeks after their wedding, Lisa’s mother passed away. After much thought they cancelled their February wedding and decided to sell the Paella pans.

Once their market research was completed and the pans sold they made the exciting decision to start their own company, importing these amazing pans at amazing prices to South Africa.
