The makers of ‘Buckled’, ‘Queens of Comedy’ and ‘150 years and still laughing!’ will bring Durban audiences another stunning show with a distinctly Indian flavour this holiday season complete with quick costume changes and nostalgic music. ‘Old School’ as the name suggests, is a nostalgic look at the “glory days” and will show at the Playhouse Opera from December 21 to 23 and again from December 28 to 30.
Through a collection of comedy sketches, the show will take the audience on a reminiscent journey, highlighting all the hilarious characters that shaped or possibly misshaped many people’s futures.
‘Old School’ features the acting talents of three actors that have become well known to fans of South African television: Meren Reddy (Gary in ‘City Sesla’), Leeanda Reddy (Priya in ‘Isidingo’) and Kaseran Pillay (‘Mr Bones 2’).
