Ratanga will kick off their peak season with a celebrity JAG Foundation charity run on Saturday December 1.
“Three treadmills will be set up allowing Ratanga guests, celebrities, JAG Foundation youngsters and three times Comrades champion, Vladimir Kotov, to run on the day,” says Bill Taylor, general manager of the park. “For every kilometre run on that day Ratanga will donate R10 to the JAG Foundation on.”
Taylor added that the fundraising effort would continue for the rest of the school holidays and for every kilometre run by guests between December 2 and January 15, R5 would be donated to Jag.
While the ride park operates on a seasonal basis, Ratanga’s wide variety of function venues are open 364 days a year. With 15 venues to choose from, Ratanga Junction is one of Cape Town’s most versatile venues for all sorts of corporate conferences and shindigs, from casual to quirky, from fun to formal.
