A Teacher in the Bushveld
Based on the writings of Herman Charles Bosman.  Herman Charles Bosman’s short, abruptly ended sojourn as a school teacher in Groot Marico in 1926 is captured so vividly it’s as if the man himself has been brought back to life. Adapted by Nicky Rebelo from Bosman’s own writing, this is story-telling at its best, filled with great humour, pathos and poignancy. David Butler’s performance is pitch perfect and a sheer delight.
